- 1 bag (10 To 12 Oz.) Frozen Yellow Corn, Thawed
- 1 can (15 Oz.) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1/2 whole Medium Red Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced Fine
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
