  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 5 qt. popped popcorn
  • 1 pkg. (24 oz.) spiced gumdrops (half is plenty)
  • 1 c. salted peanuts

Directions

    Put 5 cups diced rhubarb in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Pour 1 cup sugar over rhubarb.

    Cover with 1 box dry strawberry cake mix, dot with butter.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Serve warm.
