- 1 c. unsalted popcorn
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. powdered sugar (may use 1/2 c.)
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Chop popcorn finely and mix with nuts.

2Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy.

3Gradually add sugar and continue beating until egg whites form soft peaks.

4Add vanilla and beat well.

5Fold popcorn and nut mixture into egg whites.

6Drop by half teaspoons onto lightly oiled cookie sheet.

7Bake in preheated oven at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes.

8Transfer to cooling rack immediately.

9Each cookie contains approximately 20 calories.
