- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Brown beef with onion in large skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

4Drain excess fat from skillet.

5Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

6Spoon into prepared pan; top with slices of cheese.
