- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (unsalted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 14 cups whole milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2With butter, grease a regular muffin tin (thats what I use instead of a popover tin since we try to multipurpose everything in our kitchenplus, the popovers are littler making them just right for little hands).

3In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt.

4In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, and milk.

5Add to the flour mixture and stir gently until just blended.

6Do not overmix.

7Fill the muffin tins 2/3 full.

8Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

9Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 20 minutes until golden brown and crusty.

10Remove from oven.

11Remove from tins.

12Puncture to let steam out.

13Serve immediately.
