- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Grease (not oil) popover pans or muffin pans.

3In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.

4Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.

5Level off.
-
6Add remaining ingredients and beat just enough until blended.

7Fill greased cups 1/2 full.

8Bake 15 minutes.

9Reduce heat to 325° and bake 25 to 30 minutes until deep golden brown.

10Prick crust with top of knife during last 5 minutes to let steam escape.

11Serve immediately.

12Yields 6 or 7 large popovers.
