- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Lightly grease six 6-ounce glass custard cups with butter.

3By hand, mix eggs, milk and butter with whisk.

4Sift flour and salt to mixture; mix until smooth.

5In blender, blend until smooth the mixture.

6Pour into custard cups, filling about half full.

7Bake on a flat pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
