- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) can Solo poppy seed filling
- 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat together sugar, oil , eggs and vanilla.

3Combine flour and baking soda and add to first mixture alternately with the evaporated milk, mixing well.

4Add Solo poppy seed filling and mix well.

5Stir in nuts.

6Turn batter into greased and floured bread pans.

7Bake 1 hour.

8Cool on wire racks.
