- 3 c. flour
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond flavor
Directions

1Stir all dry ingredients together.

2In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.

3Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.

4Grease and flour an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan or muffin pan.

5Turn batter into loaf pan or fill muffin tin 3/4 full.

6Bake loaf at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until done.

7Cover with foil the last 15 minutes to prevent overbrowning.

8Bake muffins for 12 to 15 minutes at 400°.

9Cool for 10 minutes.
