  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients at high speed for 5 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°. Cool 5 minutes; then invert on plate.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
