Ingredients

  • 1 pound prawns peeled & deveined raw
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped fresh
  • 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning dried
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder depending on how spicy you like it!
  • 1/2 lemon
  • kosher salt
  • ground pepper Fresh
  • pasta
  • shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Add olive oil and butter.

    Once butter has melted, add onion and garlic.

    Saute until onion and garlic start to brown.

    Add italian seasoning, parsley, lemon pepper, and chili powder.

    Saute for a minute.

    Add prawns and lemon juice.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Saute until prawns are just cooked through.
