- 1 pound prawns peeled & deveined raw
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup sweet onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped fresh
- 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning dried
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder depending on how spicy you like it!
- 1/2 lemon
- kosher salt
- ground pepper Fresh
- pasta
- shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Add olive oil and butter.

2Once butter has melted, add onion and garlic.

3Saute until onion and garlic start to brown.

4Add italian seasoning, parsley, lemon pepper, and chili powder.

5Saute for a minute.

6Add prawns and lemon juice.

7Season with salt and pepper.

8Saute until prawns are just cooked through.

9Serve over pasta of your choice and top with cheese.
