- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 1/2 c. tomato sauce or juice
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix ground beef, rice, salt and chili.

2Make into small balls. Brown and place in casserole dish.

3Saute onions and pepper.

4Add tomato sauce and pour over balls.

5Cover and bake in 305° oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
