- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. ground garlic
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix meat, rice, onion and spices.

2Form into 24 meatballs. Place in baking dish.

3Add soup, tomato sauce and water (add more water if necessary).

4Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
