- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- uncooked rice
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Mix well all except water, soup and rice and shape into balls. Roll in uncooked rice.

2Mix water and soup.

3Place rice coated meat balls in casserole.

4Add the soup and water mixture.

5Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
