  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • uncooked rice
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Mix well all except water, soup and rice and shape into balls. Roll in uncooked rice.

    Mix water and soup.

    Place rice coated meat balls in casserole.

    Add the soup and water mixture.

    Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
