Ingredients
- 1/2 kg pork(pork loin) slice thinly
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 cup water
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- pinch salt
- pinch ground black pepper
- 1 onion leeks for garnishing
- 1/2 tsp cooked garlic for garnishing
- 1 oil for deep frying
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions

1Boil pork in a water with salt and pepper until tender.

2Remove pork and reserve the boiled water.

3Drain the pork.

4Coat the pork with flour.

5Fry it (deep fry).

6Once pork fried drain the excess oil.

7Set aside.

8Saute' garlic in butter.

9Add oyster sauce and pork stock( reserved boiled water).

10Simmer it.

11Adjust the taste by adding salt /pepper.

12Add the pork.
-
13Simmer for about a minute.

14Mix cornstarch in a water then add it on the simmer pork to thicken the sauce.

15Garnish with onion leeks and fried garlic.

16Best serve with java rice.
