- 1 large onion
- 4 large pork chops
- 1 large cooking apple
- 250 ml cider
Directions

1Peel and chop the onion.

2Put the onion in the bottom of a large casserole.

3Put the chops on the top.

4Peel the apple, discarding the seeds and core.

5Slice the apple and spread over the chops.

6Add the cider.

7Put the lid on the casserole.

8Cook for two hours at 150F, 300F, Gas mark 2.

9Serve with rice and salad or potatoes and green vegetable.
