- 4 1/2 lb pork roast
- 1 gallon water
- 4 large onions sliced
- 6 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground schezwan
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp pink Himalayan salt
- 3/4 cup chives
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions

1Put the pork in a deep pot.

2Add water Add spices and onions.

3Over bring to a boil let cook 30 minutes.

4Let cool completely.

5Put all the juices, roast, and spices in the refrigerator 2 days.

6After two day put on to cook on low heat.

7Cook for 3 -1/2 hours.

8Bring to a boil mix water and cornstarch.
