  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced on diagonal
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can baby ears corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
