- 1 c. coarsely chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. finely chopped ginger
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- cornstarch (for dusting)
- cooking oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Mix lightly all the ingredients, except the cornstarch and cooking oil.

2Shape the mixture into bite size balls; dust with cornstarch.
