  • fresh ham of desired size
  • sufficient water to cover
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

    Put ham in roasting pan with enough water to cover 1/4 of ham. Add vinegar.

    Bake in 300° oven about 8 to 10 hours, adding more water if needed.

    Cool; pull meat into pieces, discarding all fat. Discard all fat from liquid.

    Using some liquid, mix with your favorite barbecue sauce, covering all meat.

    May be frozen in small portions for future use.
