Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter (margarine)
  • 1 small bottle catsup
  • 1 bottle water (after the catsup is emptied)
  • 3 lb. pork roast, cooked and shredded

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except pork, and simmer 1/2 hour or until thick.

    Pour over pork which has had fat removed.

    Stir and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve on hamburger buns.
