- 1 Boston butt pork roast
- 1 large onion (whole)
- 1 (18 oz.) hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. juice (from meat)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook first two ingredients in crock-pot until tender.

2When meat is very tender, remove from pot.

3Take out onion and bone. Shred meat with fork until very fine.

4Return to crock-pot and add remaining ingredients.

5Cook overnight at lowest temperature of crock-pot.
