  • 1 Boston butt pork roast
  • 1 large onion (whole)
  • 1 (18 oz.) hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. juice (from meat)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook first two ingredients in crock-pot until tender.

    When meat is very tender, remove from pot.
  3. 3
    Take out onion and bone. Shred meat with fork until very fine.

    Return to crock-pot and add remaining ingredients.

    Cook overnight at lowest temperature of crock-pot.
