- 8 pounds pork roast
- 10 whole cloves
- onion 1 med., sliced
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper, just a little
- 24 ounces bbq sauce bottle Bull's Eye
Directions

1In crock pot, put water, cloves, roasts and onion.

2Cook on low for 8 hours.

3Them remove, de-bone and remove fat, discard cloves, onion and water.

4Shred pork and put it back in the crock pot with a new sliced onion and the bottle sauce.

5Cook on low 4 to 8 hours.

6Serve with slaw and on buns.

7Great for a crowd.
