- 4 cans tuna in water
- 1 onion diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1 cup white rice
- 450 milliliters crema media, may substitute half and half
- 300 grams manchego cheese shredded, may substitute a mild cheddar, colby or mozzarella
Directions

1Mix the tuna, onion, bouillon and milk in a bowl with a little salt.

2Prepare the rice, or buy precooked.

3In a medium-sized baking dish, place in layers:

4Half the tuna mixture, half the cooked rice, half the cream, half the cheese. Repeat with the other half of ingredients.

5Bake at 200 C for approximately 15 minutes, until the cheese
