- 1 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushrooms (undrained)
- 8 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 medium tomato, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
Directions

1Brown pork in oil in a large skillet.

2Add onion, celery and green pepper; saute until vegetables are tender.

3Stir in salt, pepper, basil and Worcestershire sauce.

4Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.

5Stir in soup, milk and mushrooms.

6Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
