- 6 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 5 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Brown chops in oil.

2Drain off oil.

3In buttered casserole (2 to 3 quart), slice potatoes very thin on bottom.

4Top with chops. Pour mushroom soup on next.

5Mix Lipton soup in the water and pour over the rest.

6Cover.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour on top shelf.
