- 7 oz White rice
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 medium red onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 lb Venison loin
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 10 oz Mushroom
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Butter
- 1 Brandy
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 Cucumber
Directions

1Cook rice, cover with foil allow to steam

2Cook onion, garlic in olive oil.

3Set aside.

4Season meat with salt, pepper, paprika.

5On high heat cook mushrooms a few minutes, add meat.

6Cook for a few more minutes.

7Add parsley stalks, cooked onion and garlic.

8Toss and add butter and brandy.

9Light brandy, look like a bad-ass.

10Stir in lemon zest and sour cream.

11Season to taste.

12Top with parsley and chopped cucumber plus parsley leaves.
