- 6 pork chops
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Fry pork chops until well done.

2Peel and slice potatoes. Place pork chops in bottom of small roaster or electric skillet. Cover with sliced potatoes.

3Spoon soup and spread evenly over potatoes.

4Add water and salt.

5Cook on high or bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until juices are bubbly and potatoes are done.

6Serves 6.
