  • cooked rice
  • 3 or 4 lb. pork chops
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Place pork chops in shallow pan.

    Place a slice of onion on each pork chop.

    Roast in very hot oven, at 450° for 30 minutes.
