- 1 lemon
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Place pork chops in shallow pan.

2Place a slice of onion on each pork chop.

3Roast in very hot oven, at 450° for 30 minutes.
