- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices apple
- 6 slices onion
- 6 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Brown pork chops.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Arrange in baking dish.

4One top of each chop, place an apple slice, an onion slice and a teaspoon of brown sugar.

5Stir water, vinegar and raisins into skillet with pork chop drippings.

6Bring to a boil; pour over chops.

7Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 hour or until tender.

8Makes 6 servings.
