  • 8 to 10 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 oz. water
  • 3 oz. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 16 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Place pork chops in casserole pan.

    Salt to taste.

    Mix all other ingredients in small saucepan and heat just enough to melt butter.

    Pour over pork chops; cover and cook at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Chicken can be used in place of pork chops.
