  • flour
  • flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 large can peach halves
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 4 Tbsp. oil

    Trim fat from pork chops.

    Dip chops in beaten egg and milk mixture, then dip in bread crumbs.
