- 1 can beef broth bouillon soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 c. plain (not instant) uncooked rice
- 5 or 6 (1/2 to 3/4-inch) pork chops
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients in a Pyrex dish (9 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch). Lay raw pork chops on top and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

2If necessary, place under broiler a few minutes to fully brown chops on top.
