- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 bell pepper (medium-large), chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown pork chops.

2Remove from pan and saute onion and bell pepper in oil.

3Place pork chops over onion and bell pepper.

4Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.

5Simmer over low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Serve chops and gravy over rice.
