  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water

Directions

    Brown chops on both sides; place in casserole dish.

    Mix bread crumbs, onion, butter, poultry seasoning and 1/4 c.

    Mound on pork chops.

    Pour soup mixed with 1/3 c.

    water over all.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
