- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. olive oil
Directions

1Remove bone from each pork chop.

2Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet; dredge in flour.

3Combine egg and water.

4Dip each pork chop in egg mixture and dredge in bread crumbs.
