  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
