- 6 center cut pork chops
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. olive oil
Directions

1Remove bone from each pork chop.

2Dredge pork chops in flour. Combine egg and water; dip pork chops in egg mixture and dredge in breadcrumbs.

3Saute chops in olive oil on both sides in a large skillet until brown.

4Place in a baking dish; spoon half tomato sauce over chops.

5Place a slice of Mozzarella cheese on each chop. Spoon remaining sauce over cheese.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes until pork chops are done.
