- 3 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 qt. raspberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine eggs, sugar and salt.

3Slowly stir in milk and vanilla.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Put in oven immediately and bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
