- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Season and brown chops on the top of the stove.

2Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.

3Sprinkle rice in pan.

4Pour orange juice over rice.

5Add chops on top.

6Pour chicken stock (well salted) over chops.

7Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
