Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 4 (1 1/2 lb.) pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2/3 c. (6 oz. can) tomato paste
- 1 c. (8 oz. can) crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Lightly salt pork chops.

2Brown chops in oil in large skillet, about 5 minutes per side.

3Combine tomato paste, crushed pineapple and juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger.

4Top browned chops with about 2/3 cup sauce.

5Add water to skillet.

6Cover; reduce heat and continue cooking 20 minutes or until pork chops are tender.

7Heat remaining sauce and serve with chops.
