Pork Chops - Rice

- 6 center cut pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can cream of onion soup
Directions

1Cook rice with 2 cups water about 10 minutes. Spread in bottom of baking dish. Salt, pepper and flour chops; brown slightly on top of stove.

2Place chops on top of rice.

3Mix both cans of soup with 1/2 can

4of water and pour over all.

5Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.

6If it seems too dry, add a little more water on top. (Recipe may also be used with chicken.)
