- 6 thick pork chops
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper
- brown sugar
- 6 thin slices lemon
- 1 c. Sauterne
Directions

1Trim fat from chops.

2Brown chops slowly; drain off excess grease.

3Spread each chop with mustard, then with brown sugar, salt and pepper.

4Top chops with lemon slices.

5Pour Sauterne over meat.

6Cover and cook slowly until tender, 50 to 60 minutes. Remove meat to hot plate and pour sauce over meat.

7Serves 6.
