Pork Chops With Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. center cut pork chops
- 1 medium round onion, sliced
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. Japanese rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Brown pork chops with garlic. Lower heat and let pork chops simmer in covered skillet for 5 minutes.

3Remove pork chops from skillet and drain half of the liquid.

4Stir in your tomato juice, vinegar, shoyu, sugar, salt and pepper.

5Put the sliced onion in skillet; simmer.

6While simmering, cut your pork chops into bite size pieces; discard bones.

7Stir into the sauce with onion; let simmer for 15 minutes. Put chopped cabbage into skillet; let simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
