- 4 servings rice (cooked ahead of time)
- 10 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 12 peppercorns, crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. pork, cut into very small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Fry meat, onions, peppercorns and mushrooms in oil until well done.

2Put eggs in small bowl and gently beat.

3Scrambled eggs into the meat mixture.

4Add soy sauce, then rice, mix well, remove from heat and serve.
