Pork Fried Rice

  • 4 servings rice (cooked ahead of time)
  • 10 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 12 peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. pork, cut into very small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Fry meat, onions, peppercorns and mushrooms in oil until well done.

    Put eggs in small bowl and gently beat.

    Scrambled eggs into the meat mixture.

    Add soy sauce, then rice, mix well, remove from heat and serve.
