Pork Fried Rice

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 None egg, lightly beaten
  • 10 oz ground pork
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • None None Shredded green onion, to serve

Directions

    Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat.

    Add the egg, stirring with a wooden spoon for 1-2 mins until cooked. Transfer to a bowl.

    Add the ground pork to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 mins, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon until browned.

    Add the cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.

    Stir-fry for 4-5 mins until heated through. Add the egg and stir-fry for 1 min. Serve topped with green onion.
