- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 None egg, lightly beaten
- 10 oz ground pork
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- None None Shredded green onion, to serve
Directions

1Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet on high heat.

2Add the egg, stirring with a wooden spoon for 1-2 mins until cooked. Transfer to a bowl.

3Add the ground pork to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 mins, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon until browned.

4Add the cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.

5Stir-fry for 4-5 mins until heated through. Add the egg and stir-fry for 1 min. Serve topped with green onion.
