- 150 grams ground pork
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 tbsp shao xing wine
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 1 large dice onion

- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
Directions

1cook rice as usual set aside

2mix all ingredient and marinate for 5 minute

3with 1 tbsp sesame oil brown pork till fragrant

4add 2 tbsp of water then add water and 1 tbsp of light soy sauce with the cooked white rice

5fry for another 1 minute then off heat and the top garnish
