- 4 large pork chops, diced
- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. diced onions
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 tsp. margarine
Directions

1In wok or frying pan, cook diced pork 10 minutes in margarine. Add onions and celery.

2Cook for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat. Scramble eggs and dice. Return all ingredients to frying pan with rice and seasonings. Fry to brown.
