Pork Fried Rice

  • 4 large pork chops, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 tsp. margarine

Directions

    In wok or frying pan, cook diced pork 10 minutes in margarine. Add onions and celery.

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Scramble eggs and dice. Return all ingredients to frying pan with rice and seasonings. Fry to brown.
