- 1 1/2 lb. pork roast
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 (or less) stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil roast until completely cooked and tender.

2Remove roast from broth; cool and cut in small pieces.

3Strain broth and chill; remove excess fat.

4Place roast back into strained broth and add remaining ingredients.

5Cook on low heat for 3 or 4 hours.

6Stir frequently.

7Delicious over rice.
