- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped red and green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. saltine crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion in oil until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

2In large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Put in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until heated through.
