- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 pork tenderloin
- Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 7 saltine crackers, crushed
- 5 dashes ground ginger
- 3 dashes ground sage
- parmesan cheese
- canola oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix bread crumbs, saltine crackers, ginger and sage in a bowl.

3Mix well.

4Add parmesean cheese, enough to suit your liking, and mix well.

5Pour onto a plate.

6Put Canola oil in a baking dish.

7Dip pork tenderloin in beaten egg.

8Let extra egg drip off.

9Put tenderloin in the bread crumb mixture and cover well.

10Place Tenderloin in baking dish.

11Place in oven and cook until top/sides are golden brown.

12Turn over so both sides are crispy.

13Cook until juices run clear.
